Twaper is committed to providing the best possible service every day. However, sometimes we may offer refunds or coupons by analyzing the nature of the individual issue. Please see below the terms of our policy and what we consider eligible for refunds.

IF OUR SYSTEM SHOULD INTERRUPT ONE OR MORE SERVICES:

We will arrange for your package to be extended to cover the period when the service was not provided.  We will not change the billing date.

IF THE WRONG PACKAGE WAS PURCHASED BY ACCIDENT:

A coupon code will be issued for the amount of the package and you will only be able to purchase the correct package using the discount coupon if the service has not yet been assigned.

IF OUR SERVICES WORKED BUT YOU DECIDE YOU NO LONGER WANT TO CONTINUE:

A refund will NOT be issued as there was no problem with the services as each package is a monthly subscription.

IF THE SERVICE TAKES LONGER THAN USUAL TO BE ACTIVATED:

We can extend your subscription, but we cannot issue a refund.

IF YOU STOPPED RECEIVING THE SERVICE BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR USERNAME:

We cannot issue a refund

EXPECTING SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN DESCRIBED:

We will NOT refund a service if you did not read the description or expected a feature that was not described for that service. Please read the features included in the package carefully before purchasing.

In order to defend ourselves from scammers/slanderers we will take any action we are allowed including reporting to the police and being blacklisted from ever using any company in the industry. We will also make reports to Instagram to inform of the incident.

We at Twaper will always do our best to resolve any issue, so if a customer has a problem they should inform us so we know what happened by sending an email to our support who will respond within 48 business hours.
